Replacement Piping for 40-Unit Beachfront Property
Hale Hui Kai is a 40-unit beachfront condominium located on Keawakapu Beach in South Maui. Known for its quiet atmosphere and direct ocean access, this low-density property offers a more intimate setting while still being close to the amenities of both Kihei and Wailea.
Our scope of work included the replacement of all above-grade DWV cast iron piping and firestopping at all piping penetrations. Additionally, we installed a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining system for all below-grade DWV piping. By utilizing fitting connection liners, we eliminated the need for reinstatements, resulting in a seamless and continuous system from end to end.
This project required careful coordination to minimize disruption in a beachfront environment with limited access, demonstrating our team’s expertise in delivering high-quality solutions in complex, occupied properties.
