Rebuild for 44 Units After Fire Damage

Following the devastating August 8th fires that tragically impacted the Lahaina community, the Opukea Condominium complex lost two buildings totaling 44 units. This project represents not just a rebuild, but a critical step in helping displaced residents return home.

Our scope of work includes full installation of the plumbing and fire sprinkler systems for the reconstruction of both buildings. Given the urgency to restore housing for local families, our team prioritized both speed and precision throughout the project.

To support efficient execution, we utilized BIM modeling and Robotic Total Stations to ensure accurate system layout from the earliest stages. We also led multiple MEP coordination meetings with all trades prior to vertical construction, proactively identifying and resolving potential conflicts.

This early collaboration allowed construction to move forward without delay, supporting an on-time project delivery and helping the community take another step toward recovery.
